On Satuday, January 15, 2011, a delegation from the Archdiocese of the Alpha and Omega participated in the annual Pro-Life March in Birmingham, Alabama. Members included Archbishop Michael B. Simmons, Fr. Len and Mrs. Vickie Gavin and members of the Anglican Mission of the Most Sacred Heart in Birmingham; and members of the Anglican Cathedral of the Alpha and Omega, Luverne, Alabama. The Anglican Church of the Amercas espouses and fully supports the biblical teaching of the Roman Catholic and other Orthodox Anglican bodies that life is sacred and the rights of unborn human life in the mother's womb should be protected.
